Ms Annie Tang JP, President of Way In Network at her open address mentioned,” Way In Network is delighted to celebrate this year’s Mother’s Day with a charity network luncheon that shows the greater love beyond our love for family and reaches out to support two very worthy beneficiaries; namely Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation and The Westmead Institute for Medical research Foundation. They are competing with time through vigorous researches and technologies in the hope of offering solutions to many fatal illnesses. The success of this event again has to pay tribute to our generous donors, corporate sponsors, my fellow Way In ladies, community friends and media.
This event not only include the signature dishes prepared by XOPP, the highlight of the program – traditional Chinese Guzheng performance and tea ceremony sponsored by Kaolin Tiles Gallery. Anton & Rita Bourtsev, Directors of Kaolin Tiles Gallery will share the culture tea ceremony & tea tasting. The tea donation story raised charity fund of $2,200.
Representatives from the two beneficiaries including Di Langmark OAM, the Chair of AGCF Board and Dr Maggie Wang, WIMR Director of Scientific Platforms had also expressed their gratitude to the support of the Way In Ladies and appeals for further support and awareness within the Asian communities
