She launched her career in 2006 as a TV Presenter and Producer at TVB Australia, where she led the news program Public Forum for the local Chinese community, cultivating a robust network of community leaders and public relations contacts. Nicole’s bilingual fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin has made her a highly sought-after MC, hosting numerous events for government, corporate, and private clients.

In her role as Director of Red Productions, Nicole specialized in end-to-end event planning and management. Since joining Cultural Perspectives, an award-winning communications specialist and market leader in 2021, she has leveraged her expertise in media strategy, advertising production, and stakeholder engagement to support campaigns for Australian government departments and NGOs, with a focus on culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
